「There is a steep stairway (about 20 outside steps) to the second floor apartment which is not mentioned in the property description. It was a a bit intimidating at night in the rain. I would not stay there again. It was a lot of work carrying our luggage up the stairs.」

「We had a wonderful stay! The studio was clean, cozy, and located in a beautiful historic house. It was also conveniently close to downtown, which made it easy to explore the area. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Communication with the host was excellent—they responded quickly and were very helpful whenever we had a question. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!」

「The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. 」

「This property was clean, comfortable and in a good location. We loved the decorations and it added to the Salem vibe. I had some difficulty checking in due to the keypad malfunctioning so I was locked out for about two hours. To be clear I in no way blame the host these things happen and he contacted me and gave me alternate entry instructions. I would book this VRBO again」
