「The hotel was unique and in the heart of Winter Park. It is older so it doesn’t have great soundproofing between rooms. I still loved its charm. The most perfect location. 」

「The bathrooms really need some work. There was a pair of women dirty socks in between the beds nightstand. Moved it to plug in phone charger and there they was. 」

「The Universal was cute, enough space for 2 of us, and could have definitely fit a third person. I was worried about the bed loft from previous reviews because I’m 6’3” but it still felt spacious. The shower was fine, it got a little cool but only because we rushed taking two, one after another. The only problems we had were the screen door wouldn’t move, one of the blinds on a window facing the lake was broke and wouldn’t go up. The washer/dryer would not work it kept turning off after 10 mins...

「近くに行っても看板が見つからず、漸く場所が分かってもフロントが分からず、担当者も不在で、チェックインの際に戸惑いました。部屋の中は米国の家庭を模したコテージで、家具や装飾が一般的なホテルとは異なりました。コンドミニアムとして利用するには良いかもしれません。清潔でした。バスタブはありませんでした。」

「Easy to get to」

「Place was very clean, nice area, very comfortable bed. Very basic kitchen suppies. A dresser and some end tables would be nice and a bit more communication would have been nice. No hot tub at the complex, no instructions on accessing the pool. Nice neighbors and very dog friendly area. Overall a nice place to stay, a few small improvements would make it even better.」

「Nice young woman at check in, went above & beyond to make comfortable accommodations for us. There isn’t a place on hotels.com, to request a lower level room with 2 beds. She was able to reconfigure a room on a lower level. A++ staff」
