Fern Park itself looked like a town worth exploring. Was in town for a wedding in neighboring Winter Park.

Hot tub was filthy and toilet as well it looked like It hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and even worse the sheets and blankets had blood and what looked like poop smeared on them. It was extremely disgusting. When I told the staff at front desk they
