"I don’t know if it was welcoming to pets. I didn’t shop, so I don’t know if there were shops nearby."

"The room was clean and the front desk staff was nice, but there were a lot of random people just walking about the property that made me and my family felt uncomfortable. They waited for us to use our card key to get inside the property and just walked in after us. One of the elevator wasn’t working - the front desk told us to use it (down the hall through those doors to the right). Which another guest told us that elevator has been broken all week and not been fixed. We didn’t know there was a second elevator, but only to find out after I checked out (same day). We were on the third floor. I had bad knees and a bad hip and wasn’t going to climb 3 floors up everyday (booked for a week stay). The stairs were dirty and broken and falling apart. The overall front desk rep was nice but it felt like the property was falling apart and felt unsafe. "

"Room was clean. Shower could Have used more water pressure but was adequate. You have to request fresh towels, but it was not a problem. Breakfast was good, but not excellent. Hot options were scrambled eggs, sausage, make your own pancakes and waffles. Neighborhood was safe."

"Room was clean, staff was very polite, pool appeared dirty however it was too cold to swim. The hotel needs to be reconditioned. Elevator needs a makeover badly...workout area is unusable. Overall ok but in need of updates"
