「As soon as we got to our room when we used the sink the water wouldn’t drain. We called maintenance and they did fix it which wasn’t an issue. The hotel itself is okay it’s not great. The water slide had a missing bolt at the top which should be looked at. The staff was absolutely horrible. There was a lady who was mopping who came in to yell at us about the hot tub. She told us kids under 18 were not allowed to be in the hot tub that our kids had to get out. However, prior there were literally...
