「If I could give a 0 star i would do that. I checked in late night at 10:30 with 10y old daughter and husband and they gave me a room which was preoccupied. Imagine the horror of getting in a room late at night with people sleeping in it. I don't blame them screaming at us but my daughter got very scared all because of the goof up of the staff. When i went back the only response was sorry , that room was showing unoccupied in the system . That's it ! What about the horror my family and the...

「Staff was polite n friendly! Room was clean. It was extremely windy this night and there was a garbage can blowing against my car most of the night. There was coffee in the am but no sugar only Splenda:( and no continental breakfast as described. It served its purpose.」

「The website said there would be a bathtub and there wasn't...the light bulb wasn't working in the first room ....they gave me another room at the end of the hall and I have problems walking....when I asked for a room at least near the elevator the guy told me no...... The swimming pool wasn't open....and my key stopped working in the middle of my trip and the phone and tv stopped working as well.....I definitely won't be staying there again...」

「Desk staff was great. On site restaurant is where the free breakfast comes in, very good and the waitress is fantastic. Our room however left much to be desired. Old, broken items, loose toilet seat, wallpaper separating from the wall, holes in the carpet and a broken desk chair, but we persevered. We've seen worse. We've stayed here many times but the place is starting to show it's age and is in need of renovations.」

「Close to shopping, restaurants, and site seeing. My granddaughter loved the pool. Room and bathroom were clean. Air conditioner very cold-loved it! Staff were friendly and helpful. Not to be super picky but my family was pointing out long black hairs sticking out of the towels and I wasn’t crazy about the stains on the white comforters.」

「Check in was fine. I reserved three rooms and one had not been cleaned. I was issued a new room further away from my other two rooms. Cheapest hotel I could find and was a fine for the price.」

「Very clean property, nice 24 hour hot chocolate, coffee, and tea bar. But most importantly, extremely pleasant and helpful staff, specifically Kristen. She is 10/10 employee!! Great location, 15 min to presque isle, 5 min to excellent mall. Quiet property, good parking. The only thing I didn't like was no bathtub in room, shower only.」
