「The hotel and staff were all very nice. The hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable, and you could see the pride the staff and owner take in their hotel. It is a quality hotel.」

「Stepping into a time capsule! This place DESPERATELY needs attention!!! Peeling paint, locks and windows don’t work, dust and dirt everywhere! There was even dog hair on my bedding when I arrived… I’m allergic to animal dander. Even the jacuzzi tub in the room had left residue on the tip of the bubbles when filled. Shower had hair in it still. The windowsill on the bay window was FULL OF DEAD BUGS! The dirt and dust on the outside of the banister made me question if housekeeping even cleaned...

「This was our first time at Lakeview and we were impressed all around. The property is beautifully located on the lake with fantastic views. The motel room was rustic and quaint, perfect for me and my 2 teenagers. The owners of the property were extremely helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend a stay here. The variety of places to stay on the property make it a good fit for anyone, and the playground, grills, picnic tables and pool make it great for families too.」

「Parking felt a bit sketchy, entry doors to building had no locks so anyone could access building and door closures didn't work so you could hear doors slamming loudly all the time. Room was okay, appeared clean and in good order. Overall it felt like it was decent but not safe and secure.」

「Great no frills property, that I have the opportunity to stay at frequently. Check in is effortless, with friendly staff & management. My room preference are superior kings, which are clean & spacious. There is ample free parking, on all sides of the property. Maintenance keeps the grounds, almost spotless of litter. All rooms are smoke free, however there is a designated, outside smoking area. Many rooms are pet friendly. Overall, another nice stay. Highly recommended 」

「Room was clean, but the mattress need to be updated. I could feel the springs in the mattress while I was laying on it. Very spacious room. The room showed some signs of wear - one of the blinds was missing, there were big paint chips missing on the walls. It was clean, and the staff was VERY friendly! The pool was a plus, and a great way to spend the evening before heading to Splash Lagoon the next day.」

「The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. You just charged me full price for the room and not the deposit. The “oh well” attitude from the staff was unbelievable. The lady also called me by an ungodly word...
