「The pool was closed. It was closed last year when we were in town for the same reason and so I looked specifically on their website to make sure it was open. So when the staff person at the desk rudely told me it was on their website that it was closed I was not happy. At some point this hotel just needs to publicly admit that it no longer has a pool and remove it from their list of amenities! Also, the breakfast was bad. 「The staff upfront gave me a very hard time with checking in . I called to request early check in the lady upfront said yes when I called at 11:08am she said she would call me back . Another hour passed by and I called back she said they were in the process of cleaning the room . I arrived two hours later and the room was not ready and they have someone else the clean room when I arrived it had turned to 3:40pn before my room was ready I will not be booking this hotel ever again . 」

「The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. You just charged me full price for the room and not the deposit. The “oh well” attitude from the staff was unbelievable. The lady also called me by an ungodly word...

「The motel is very easy to find and the parking is plentiful for the number of rooms. I loved that I could park right across from my door and not have to do any steps. I travel with well behaved (show) dogs and the motel was very welcoming. The room was larger than I expected and it was nice to have the little dinette table to sit at instead of having to lounge on the very comfortable bed. It was warm inside when I first arrived but the A/C cooled it quickly. I'd love to go back next time...
