「The only problem we had is there were no elevators and we had to walk up stairs carrying our bags. The girl checking us in was very nice. The rooms were clean. 」

「I appreciated the room because it had no carpet (laminate or whatever it was is much cleaner and is definitely my preference) and because it had a wonderful king size bed. Also, the walk in shower was great for my husband who is currently on a cane, although a grab bar in the shower would have been a wonderful safety feature.」

「Older but clean…the staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast made it even better. This is not your standard free hotel breakfast. Eggs, Sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc. is was more like a Bed and Breakfast! Close to Kings Island. This is where we will stay every time we come to Kings Island! 」

「It was a little more run down than I thought it would be compared to the pictures.But it servedour purpose for 1 night.」

「My family and I had a change in plans so were unable to stay at what I’m certain would have been a wonderful motel. Nonetheless the staff were so courteous, understanding and kind despite our frequently changing plans and other priorities in their own lives. I would stay there just on principle ! Next time. 11/10 for customer service going above and beyond.」
