「This is a spacious condo at a convenient location and safe neighborhood. It had everything we needed for a three day stay. The prize is amazingly reasonable and having the kitchen is so convenient for us to make our own breakfast. I highly recommend this place.」

The neighborhood is extremely walkable and felt very safe. It's right near the university, so there are a lot of people out and about walking or biking around.
