We had a wonderful experience from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. The front desk staff was professional and welcoming. Our room was spotless. The beds were comfortable. It had very nice amenities. The shower was amazing. You can have free snacks in the afternoon and evening. The location is convenient. I cannot say enough good things about our experience.

The hotel itself is very old, needs some refurbishment, but they still keep it very clean. I like our beds were being made every day, we felt very comfortable and relaxed when we returned to our room to see the clean beds after long walks.

Great location in Asakusa! Convenient to multiple train lines, food, shopping and temple grounds. Rooms are bigger than anticipated but minimal storage, no drawers and small closet. Premier lounge was a pleasant surprise and appreciated. 4th floor izakaya style food court was not up to par and disappointing, chose elsewhere to eat. Kobe restaurant is over priced and seldom busy. Uniglo store was a great! Don Quixote is a tourist trap and overpriced! Recommend and would return.

Location is great being steps away from the subway station and a 10 min walk from Shinagawa Station.(direct Narita Express train from the international airport) There is also a convenience store right around the corner as well as a grocery store near by. They offer a breakfast buffet for a fee as well.
