「Great property! Never felt unsafe when walking from my event and back. It was very close to the event, so that helped, too. There were lots of dining options around. The room was cute! I was on the first floor, so didn’t really have a normal window situation, but was still able to get air flow if I wanted. Pipes were a little loud but nothing too unreasonable. Staff was very accommodating on check in when my flight was delayed. I was able to keep them updated through a text and they responded...

「I arrived at the hotel around 11am and did not expect to get a room until 3-4pm, but my room was ready so I could check in and get settled right away. Pendry also listened to my request of having a room on the higher floors and put me on floor 17. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, my stay was great and I cannot see myself choosing any other hotel if I go back to Newport Beach!」
