ニュー スマーナ ビーチのコンドミニアム リゾート

「Very Nice. Clean. All Adults. Beach front right outside! Walking distance from neighborhood shops and restaurants. Nice breakfast bar.」

「room was dirty and surprise hidden fees when you check in」

「Beautiful view ! Very inviting. Love the individual charm of each room. Would visit again.」

「It was nice to have a full kitchen but the metal bed frames stuck out further then the mattresses, stubbing toe and shins hazard, the front room was musty smelly, no elevator and not ha ing a staff member on site was very inconvenient at times. Loved the location, the ocean views and the pool.」

「The office had to be unlocked when we arrived at 3 pm which makes me feel unsafe, the office smelled aweful, no real parking so we returned the key and got another room. I realize it is a cheap room but for $50 more I had a very nice room at the Hyatt in Titusville. In fairness we never even went inside the room which was on the second floor where you had to walk by junk cars to get to. Be cautious. Best $100 I threw away to be safe.」

「The beach ir right outside your room. The staff is amazing」

「Great location for downtown New Smyrna.」

「The property did not have the best "curb appeal". But once we got to our room, room was clean and nice and cold. It was a very small room, but once again clean. The bathroom is a little worn, could use a soft renovation. Our 22 year old son was with us so it was very close quarters for the 3 of us. The pool area was very busy and some garbage, but once again, it was July 4th weekend. Would we stay there again if we were in a pinch? We would.」

「Great location. Super clean, beach view and walking distance to Flagler Ave. Great place to stay!」

「Awesome beach access. Clean pools and had bbq grills. Room was exceptional」

「After i found my email for the directions to check in everything was smooth. The location was great, the pool only steps away from my room. It was me and my two children. The beach also was only steps away from the room. The room was great, no complaints there. The only thing that was going on was construction on the very top floor but it didn't really get in the way of our vacation but it was kinda loud in the mornings. I would definitely stay again in the future. Thanks」

「Great nice clean」

「This was our 3rd stay at Bob’s condo and we had a lovely time as usual. The condo is sparkly clean, kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking and all your beach and pool needs. Parking is easy and the whole complex is just really nice . Perfect beach gateway! We will back soon !」

「We had a great 4 days at Coastal waters. It was perfect for me and my teenage daughters and some friends that spent the night. We loved the access to the beach and pool. The wifi was great as i worked from the unit for two of the days. There was a lot in walking distance, 7-11, beachside pizza, and izzy’s ice cream and tacos. My daughter and i enjoyed fish from The Fish House down the street. Publix is only a 5min drive. Bonnie was quick to respond to questions. We might do the same thing next...
