「This is an excellent boutique hotel on St. Charles Avenue with on-site self parking and easy access to the streetcar to move about if you don't feel like walking (the streetcar runs down the center of St. Charles). The front desk staff was friendly (Geoffrey was extremely helpful and attentive.) My only complaint is that the towels in the room seemed a bit worn and not fitting for a higher quality hotel. This is an easy fix -- if they order some new towels. There are many restaurants lining St....

「Very nice place to stay and close to the port in New Orleans. Only complaint is the mattress and pillows need replaced. My bed had a huge dent where you could tell someone had been sleeping in the same spot also the pillows were so small and so thin. Prolly won’t be back until the mattresses & pillows are replaced.」

「Carpet in room was dirty in places .. beds /pillows average , had to call for shower wash and shampoo , would not pay more than 200 a night for this property . Parking is 55 a night . Staff were courteous . Did not eat at property .」

「Good 」

「We loved our stay. The room was very well appointed. Great public spaces. Delicious food and a good coffee spot in the lobby. Our favorite thing was our friendly and helpful. Everybody on the staff was from the front desk, to the valet to the people in the restaurant to the coffee people really, really great team very friendly we were made to feel so welcome.」
