「We were there 4 nights and never had our room serviced {no clean towels or trash emptied}. On Monday there was one person trying to service the breakfast area while answering the phone and manning the front desk. He was doing his best but needed some one else to help. Also the facility is showing signs of age and maintenance is not sufficient」

「The hotel was okay. The bed and bathroom were clean. The carpet in the room was wet. The nice employee at the desk would have given us a partial refund, but we booked it through a third party, so they couldn't. The breakfast was good, and it had a nice fitness room.」

「Sink was clogged Dirty sock between the bed and lamp table. Didn’t stay for breakfast left early because of discomfort. The bed was clean and was comfortable 」

「I’ve had exemplary experiences with Marcia, Lupe, William, Kya and Erica. If there’s a need or a problem it is rectified efficiently and expeditiously!! I would definitely recommend the stay on the outside of Spring Break weeks. 👍 As well, had a chance to spend the weekend with Shaunee. Very pleasant and kind. Tried her best to be attentive and patient! Kudos!!」

「We arrived Friday evening expecting a safe, standard stay, but immediately encountered serious concerns. There was a strong odor of marijuana in the parking lot and throughout the building. The lobby and hallways were chaotic, with multiple unsupervised children running, yelling, and no visible staff intervention. Our initial second-floor room was unusable due to loud music and marijuana odor. On the first floor, our assigned room door would not lock—a major safety issue. Instead of relocating...

「They gave us a room that had a guest in it. We were 3 families checking in and 2 of us were given rooms with guests in them. The pool was freezing and did not have lights. We left and asked for a refund」

「Molar on the bathtub property up by the girls girls didn't work room wasn't what we expected it to be there was a ladder when we walked in the walkway there was a tall ladder part of the tiles were down in the main lobby breakfast had a lot to be desired we stayed there before we had a living room this time we just had two beds and a TV and a little portable refrigerator instead of a full size refrigerator it was all just a joke there was no shampoo in the bathroom won't be staying there again」
