「My experience was amazing my entire stay.The staff were exceptional always friendly. We stayed in the platinum club and had a butler who went above and beyond daily to ensure all our needs were met. The room was very clean . We had a great ocean view room. I could watch the sunrise and sunset from our balcony. The food was delicious and they offer a great variety of food to choose from. 」

「Check in was easy just after 3 PM, the room was ready, and the ladies at the desk were very pleasant and helpful. The room was a bit disappointing (we had a "superior" room). Definitely in need of renovation. Very Clean bur very small. Beds comfortable. A/C worked well. Bathroom very small with slow drain of sink. Clean but old.
