「Room was for a great price. However, couch, desk, and bathroom had a layer of dirt on it. It looked as if it were quickly wiped but not truly cleaned. One of the two elevators were broken so with the high volume of people that were staying there this weekend, it was quite annoying and time consuming to get to the 7th floor. The entrance of the building is very odd, it seems like it is the back of the building. The staff were nice and helpful but the building honestly needs to be knocked down....

「I booked two rooms for my extended family. The king suite where my husband and I stayed was perfect. Love the locking bedroom door in the king bedroom, spacious bathroom and large loving area with pull out couch for our son. The second room, a double queen, had some issues. The first night, the key did not work and the toilet barely flushed. We had her reprogram the keys and it worked. The next morning, the toilet did not work at all and the key once again wasn’t working. We choose this...

「Smells everywhere. Room and linens (pillow) smell like BO and sweat in two rooms. Hallway smells like weed. Horrible wet powder eggs breakfast. Staff was nice but need to be more proactive when they are not sitting around eating in lobby which they seemed to constantly be doing」

「Stains on the ceiling and walls. worn fabric on furniture, outdated colors, hard to locate. Felt 'dirty'. Questioned the clientele. Carpet stains and sandy feel. Called Expedia and checked out immediately.」

「My stay was not good. I had trouble getting into the room because the key reader was not reading the keycard properly and we had to keep trying for like 10 min to get the door to open every time we went out and in the room. I also did not get my room cleaned up when I was told it would be cleaned up and it never had the do not disturb sign on the door. I also had asked for extra blankets and towels for my room because the sofa bed needed blankets and I did not receive them until I had to go ask...
