"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, especially Antila (I may be misspelling her name). When I arrived, my luggage had been completely soaked from being left out in the rain due to airline staff not handling it properly. Everything inside, including my clothes, was wet, and I was extremely stressed. Antila saw how upset I was and immediately stepped in to help. Even though my room wasn’t ready, she went above and beyond by allowing me to use the hotel’s dryer without any hassle so I could dry my belongings. Her kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference after a long travel day. Every day I saw her, she was happy, smiling, and welcoming. The rest of the staff were also friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. My room was always clean, and the bed was comfortable. Excellent customer service and hospitality all around. I would definitely stay here again!"
