"15 minute walk from train station. 3 bedrooms with lots of extra spaces for the kids. Heat pumps in all rooms and a gift basket of snacks and drinks upon arrival. It was a great base to explore Tama and Sanrio Puroland. Great communication and instructions for absolutely everything in English. "

"広々で清潔感のある宿です。オーナー夫婦もいい方でした。"

"値段を考えるとかなり良かった👍"

"Family friendly and quiet, 8 minutes walk to the station and close to Nakano city station. Host was able to communicate in English and made our stay comfortable.."

"spacious."

"We enjoyed our stay-all the comforts of home were included. We had one elderly but healthy family member with us. Since bedrooms were on the top floor and bathroom/living room were on the middle floor, I was a bit worried about the narrow stairwell for my dad. Other than that, the place was clean, convenient, quiet, and great for our stay in Japan. "

"Great description and property. Clean, as listed with no surprises, with a polite and quick responding host! "

"This place is wonderful. Beautiful, new house. Air-conditioning works great. Very convenient proximity to the Metro station. English instructions for all the appliances is a nice touch. Steep stairs would make this challenging if you have mobility issues."

"We had an amazing time staying here. The facility is outstanding. The sauna is wonderful and there is an incredible amount of room. It’s quiet, comfortable, and spacious. "
