マートル ビーチ ダウンタウン ホテル

「Sheets were dirty, seen couple of roaches, didn’t have sufficient cookware. Bed was terrible because of big dip in middle of mattress. Couldn’t use oven because wasn’t any pans or pots to cook with only two small pots and two small frying pan, one big frying pan, plus oven door wouldn’t stay closed. So was no need to cook in the oven. WiFi was terrible. Wall sockets in big bedroom didn’t work where the lamps were. Only top half of the socket work. I wouldn’t stay here again. Not knowing what pool...

「I enjoyed my stay house was very clean everything was excellent」

「The staff was amazing however the room when we got there appeared to be clean sf first but had hair all over the bathroom I was grossed out and the front desk acted quickly and got me to a cleaner room however I wanted my little to have a bath but the drain didn’t work and a few things needed attention . But the staff was absolutely professional and so jovial and sweet」

「Very accommodating. The staff is wonderful. The place is amazing.」

「It was everything we expected.」

「We had a one bedroom suite, and it was amazing! Everything was clean and well stocked, we love that there was always security walking the grounds. We felt very safe here. I love the amenities, especially the spa and fitness room. We did eat dinner at the Cypress room and it was very nice although it was a little expensive maybe some cheaper options would be more popular.」

「The staff very helpful. Parking was a nightmare… especially arriving after dark and having to park two blocks down the street. I stayed at this place in October… I couldn’t imagine even finding a parking spot during the summer. I wanted to stay by the boardwalk instead of in NMB for a change. I have been vacationing here for almost 20 years… I will not stay at this place for the congested parking issue.」

「Everything was great the only thing I would say is that everything is kind of separated for example the breakfast is across the street and then you have to walk the entire parking lot and the pools were great just wish it was all a little bit closer to each other but other than that the place is amazing」
