「We enjoyed our stay. You can just walk right out of your room and enjoy a restaurant, Starbucks, and just a one minute walk to the indoor pools, outdoor pools, and beach! It’s a great place for families. Parking is across the street in a parking garage but the dunes resort itself is so accessible and easy to navigate! Check in was smooth and easy! Room was clean. 「The overall condo is very nice. The room could be updated with updated furniture and paint. The AC worked very well. Beds were comfortable. The couch was not comfortable and worn, as well as balcony furniture. There was a dirty washcloth left on the shower curtain rod, which means the shower curtain was not cleaned or it would have been seen when taking down. It was a thin, cotton washable shower curtain that is not able to be cleaned other than wash. The pool area was clean and well maintained.」

「It was a very convenient location while visiting our family in Del Web. It was nice to have all the comforts of home while there. We didn’t get into town until11:30pm and the front desk staff was there to greet us and help get us checked in. Every time we passed by there was someone there to say hello. Would definitely book this location again.」

「Easy check in, exaclty as listed. Great for spring break trip! Only downside was couldn't get the wifi to work nor the TV. Only other downside was the service in the bar and grille restaurant was not the best but pools and hot tub made up for it. Definitely would stay again! 」
