「It was just far too expensive for what it is even though I stayed between Christmas and new year. So I feel a bit sick I got caught up in a rate that was more than a hotel. Then I got stung by unexpected cleaning and other fees. 2.5k for a 4 day stay. I feel very ripped off Stayz. 」

「Very poorly maintained. Bedroom ceiling fan was filthy. Carpet in second bedroom dirty and stained. Oven not clean. Fly screen big rips in it. Had to keep door closed. Overall apartment very basic. Not even a bedside table. Certainly nothing like the photos shown on your advertisement. Would not recommend this stay to any of my friends. Have tried to get in touch with owner but no response. 」

「Good location. Easy access. Comfortable beds & clean linen. Couldn’t use the oven, microwave ok. Aircon didn’t work. Apartment not super clean but good for the money. Some traffic noise, take your earplugs 」
