「This place is a funny mix of nice and not. It's an old motel. The gardens are lovely. The pool is nice but not heated (had a swim but it was freezing on a hot day). The gym area is spacious but doesn't have any treadmills or rowing machines. The room was large and mostly clean and updated but feels dated. The tiled area at the entrance was dirty. The bathroom was modernised but smelled awful. The breakfast fridge was great. Noodles, yoghurt, cereal, fresh fruit, nut bars, flavoured milk,...

「I didnt like not having a parking spot when i arrived late at night , then parked in the street then worried about my expensive staff in my car so i brought it back in the carpark but i could only park in the disabled .」

「Always a good place to stay. Parking was difficult as I had to park some distance away and carry luggage due to many vehicles parked and some area in front of the rooms taken by stacked pallets from there. I am older」

「便利！」

「Extremely disappointing, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was exceptionally small, and the bathroom was in an appalling condition, appearing poorly cleaned and maintained. We were allocated a room on the third floor with no lift, meaning we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs after 11pm when arrived extremely tired from a long flight from the UK. We raised our concerns but were simply told, "We are fully booked and can't change your...

「The negative - had to fiddle with the float in the toilet cistern to get it working! Positives - friendly staff/towels changed daily/great location for what we required. This was our second visit (both times to attend a funeral). Would definitely return - but hope it is not in the short term (ie another funeral!)」

「あいにくオーシャンビューの部屋は取れず、ツインとしては小さめの部屋でしたが、清潔で整っていました。チェックイン等、対応は良かったです。隣接するRSLでの朝食付きでした。」

「Good sized room, easy parking and clean. Good value for money.」

「The place, location and well maintained hotel. I recommend families to visit the hotel, its a budget price with 4 star rooms」

「friendly staff great location - walking distance to beach and shops easy secure parking」

「The staff were very polite, the rooms were clean and bathroom renovated, the price was very good. I would recommend this place to anybody needing accommodation close to Bateau bay or any neighbouring suburbs」

「Can’t use wifi at all this is so disappointed 」

「Nice in clean ocean is in front」
