If you want a traditional/cultural experience, this hotel is a MUST stay!! The staff was incredible and treated us with the utmost hospitality! Rooms are incredible, super comfortable beds, prompt and courteous staff...nothing but great things to say about the staff and this hotel.

You can never lose with the Oriental hotel chains. They're always exquisite! The location of the hotel is fabulous, just steps away from the posh shopping street and a 5 minute walk to Marienplatz, the historical center. I wish I had known beforehand that the hotel was undergoing renovations. These will be finished in October so guests going there after this date will enjoy the beautiful foyer and new restaurant. Quick stay but very nice!

The hotel was located in a nice quiet community that offered free shuttle service during specific hours to the train station. This was the only rooms we could find due to the Oktoberfest. Right across the street was a huge park and palace. Beautiful area to walk around in and look and the flowers and fountains. We did not tour the inside of the palaces.

Excellent! A hotel that truly understands what guests are looking for. It is one of the few hotels that made me want to stay inside rather than go out. The combination of spacious, luxurious rooms, a daily Happy Hour, a superb spa (including a pool), and an exceptional rooftop terrace meant we spent quite a bit of time at the hotel—and it truly enhanced our Munich experience.

Staff is wonderful and very accommodating, especially when calling Taxi's for guests. Breakfast is awesome and so full of many traditional options!

Great location, subway/train station literally below the hotel. Walkable to many sights around the city. Clean and ultra friendly and helpful staff. We loved our stay at this hotel.

Wonderful place to stay in Munich

Outstanding service.

This was our first stop on our 2.5 week European Honeymoon. We spent two nights here and we wanted to stay longer. We wanted to stay longer simply due to the staff. These people are amazing. They remember your names, they remember what you want to drink, they will book tours for you, recommend places to eat and places to go. Nice place to stay, we really liked the bar and the breakfast in Oliv’s- the bartenders were friendly and we enjoyed eating dinner a few nights in the bar. The front desk staff were amazing, especially Sarah. Our only wish is that the gym had better equipment including a treadmill.

Nice and quiet Place to stay in Grünwald. Close to public Transport, clean and big rooms. People are very very Kind and helpful.

Very niche Gasthaus in bavarian country style, less than 10 km away from the exhibition center. I have appreciated the atmosphere and the exquisite courtesy of the personnel. Clean and cosy room. Very good value for the price. Even the minibar prices are good, with a good choice of beverages of any kind. The restaurant is good, although the cuisine is not typically bavarian, and prices are reasonable. Surely to keep in mind for any next journey to Munich.

This was an amazing find for an overnight stay in Munich. The castle, the dining, the hotel, the trails were all beautiful. We will be back!
