"Our room was really nice. Double sinks, heated toilet seat. And it was so close to Universal City Walk. I think the only thing I would critique are the elevators. The walls were run down and the lights inside were constantly changing to the point where I would get dizzy. Other than that, it was very easy and convenient with lovely views of the water."

Enjoyed the window view, easy access to USJ, CityWalk, and Expo, complimentary spa, and the breakfast buffet was worth trying, especially the custom seafood bowl, simmered beef with tofu soup, and kushikatsu (fried skewers) assortment. "It’s a lovely little hotel. Very Mew and clean and I really like the arrangement of the rooms with the toilet in a separate area so it’s quiet. It’s actually about a 15 minute walk from the station so be aware. By Taxi from Shin Osaka it’s just a 1000. Their shuttle is handy but finding it unless you are coming from the subway via Exit 4 is almost impossible. Also there is a long set of stairs to reach or return from the station to reach the shuttle, so be aware. I’d take a taxi there for check in and to drop off luggage. Despite that I really enjoyed a quiet, comfortable stay of several days and now that I know how to get there, I would stay again. The staff is really lovely! "
