"I don’t typically write reviews but this hotel is amazing! The room is clean and spacious. The staff are very helpful and amiable. Our room has an amazing view. The big plus is the location. Local train station to JR trains is just across the street making commute a breeze."

"Great, comfortable, good size room for 4 adults. (The Deluxe Quadruple room 8th floor) We got the room for really great price too, especially considering it was Easter time in cherry blossom season. Staff were very helpful. Very convenient for universal studios and universal city rail station. Has a Lawsons convenience store in the lower floor. Only slight downsides the entrance shoe area in the room is a bit small for 4 but they could easily extend this into the carpet area a bit. Not the greatest view, but nice at night and can probably book a better view room for a fee. We drink a fair bit of coffee and did have to ask at the amenities desk for refills which was a little inconvenient but as i say there is a Lawsons Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, top of our list of 5 hotels we stayed at, would absolutely recommend. Stay here, you wont be dissappointed at the price point"

"This was a great hotel at great price. We got the buffet breakfast as I read a review that it was good, and it was well priced. It wasn’t to our standard though and we did not use our breakfast vouchers for the second day. There are plenty of options in the hotel for a nicer breakfast and also 5min walk to universal walk that has Starbucks and cafes etc "

"Staff is very friendly, will utilize translation app if really necessary. Location is literally just a few mins walk to Universal Studios, close to train station, and right in between 711 and Lawsons for practically anything you might need. Breakfast is very good selection each day is very tasty!."

"Excellent location for Universal Studios, can't get much closer! This hotel is above the station and connected directly to city walk. Being connected to the station also makes it easy to access Osaka and we enjoyed 1 day at USJ and 2 city days. Staff were friendly and helpful but nothing standout (good or bad!) room was quite dated but fine. I'd compare to a premier inn by UK equivalent, which is on par with the price paid so fair and we'd stay again if visiting USJ. "
