「La señora en recepción muy amable. Solo la temperatura del agua no se podía regular, salía muy caliente o totalmente fría. 」

Lo único que mejoraría es en relación al parqueo, podrían acondicionar el area interna para poder ofrecer algunos espacios de parqueo para quienes vengan en su propio automóvil. 」

「Room was spotless and comfortable. Beautiful spot. Host was great! Only thing I could suggest is the proper amount of towels for the amount of guests booked. We only had two towels for three guests. But this doesn’t affect how we feel about the place! Great stay!」

「We loved it here! Wonderful pool for the kids, tasty breakfast. The grounds are beautiful and loved seeing the volcano in the afternoon once the clouds cleared a bit. The front desk guy even brought me over to see a mama sloth with her baby that was spotted on the grounds. Loved! Would definitely recommend!」

「Adrian welcomed and gave us several restaurant recommendations. The included breakfast was delicious. We had a great view of volcano Arenal from our room. The AC worked great, excellent water pressure in the shower. Hair dryer and toiletries provided. Unlike other hotels, there were hooks to hang your wet towel on. Located far enough away from the main drag that it was quiet at night, but close enough to walk to restaurants and shops.」

The hot tub was a nice treat after adventures in the area - ziplining (Sky Adventures was great), the waterfall (super close to this hotel), Arenal hike and hot springs (we went to Ecotermale). There was also a great restaurant right next door called Chante Verde. 」
