"Beautifully Tucked in the hillside but worth the drive from La Fortuna. The owner, John and smiling staff greeted us with a complementary cocktail My family of 2 adults & 2 teens could only stay one night, but loved the private spacious and modern bungalow. The lush gardens and breathtaking view of valley were exceptional. Pool more for dipping…Too small to swim. More affordable breakfast would be great, but would definitely stay there again. "

"Everything about the stay was wonderful! Delicious breakfast, the most friendly staff, Marlo especially was wonderful to talk to at the bar! Definitely would go back again! The only thing we wished was in our bungalow room there was no mini fridge to hold our leftover foods from dinners or our water-bottles cold! But everything else was amazing! 10/10!!! "

"Poor quality property, staff are truly unhelpful including the managers. The room we took was a king volcano mountain view room, the room had no in room slippers not even one. We had to make a request. The room did not have a single towel in the bathroom. We made a request and it took multiple calls and 45mins before the towels were delivered. The place really needs some attention to detail as I wasn’t convinced it was ready for the guest to occupy the room and no one wanted to take responsibility or apologise for their poor service "
