Great full service Marriott. We enjoyed our short stay after our late arrival. The only thing open was the coffee shop but it was great to grab some quick food. We also grabbed coffee at 5 AM prior to our shuttle on the way home. The ground are beautiful. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious. We watched the IU football game in the bar on the big screen (in spanish) - food and drinks were great.

The hotel needs a top-to-bottom overhaul. The wind was blowing through the hotel, it was difficult to sleep with shaking doors and windows, wind blowing and sounding through the room. Other than that, I think it's really nice location, the staff are polite and helpful, the amenities are good, but the condition is bad and it's not worth the value paid.

Friendly staff clean facility. We did not sleep well as some of the housekeeping staff was using the room next to us for some sort of gathering. They were very loud and it took over an hour and a call to the reception to get them to quiet down. Not at all what i expected from a mariott

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Costa Rica Marriott Hotel Hacienda Belen. Even though we arrived after the shuttle stopped running, the hotel proactively arranged a car for us. A huge plus: the coffee shop is open 24 hours, which was perfect for grabbing a late-night bite after 11 PM. The rooms were are clean and comfortable, as expected from the Marriott brand. We spent our morning walking the stunning grounds and enjoying a delicious breakfast buffet before the hotel coordinated our transport to the Sansa domestic terminal. After a stressful day of missing our return flight, returning to the Marriott was a relief. The pool and lush grounds were the perfect way to unwind. We also enjoyed dinner and a game at the bar. Traveler Tip: There isn’t an ATM directly on-site, but there is one in the adjacent plaza just a 5-minute walk away. Overall, a beautiful property only 10 minutes from the airport!

This is the 5th time I stay here and it’s always a great experience! Highly recommend, the hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful, there are plenty of dining options and great amenities such as pool, driving range, gym and spa.
