"Loved the layout of the hot springs on site, very secluded feeling, and extremely safe. I loved the area with tiered temperatures where would go to what we called “lava hot” and go down to subsequently cooler levels as needed for comfort. I was a little concerned about how frequently they were cleaned (there was a food item in the hot spring with the walk up bar and I did not see anyone skimming or vacuuming during our stay), but I suspect that would be the same at all the hot spring resorts. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The property was easy to reach and we enjoyed some incredible nearby outings. We had a massage which we enjoyed. The skillset of the masseuse may not have been the best, but the sound of the little waterfall and the rainforest was exactly like the soundtracks playing in high end spas - and it was real! That encompasses the trip. We saw toucans flying overhead, lizards and toads, turkeys and peacocks. It was an incredible stay and the whole family enjoyed it. "

"Wonderful hotel in every way. The staff was always friendly and helpful, included breakfast was fresh and made-to-order and used eggs from their own farm on the property. Spa was relaxing, the on-site hot springs were relaxing, and everything we ate was delicious. "

"We loved our stay at Casa Luna. It’s an absolute oasis. Beautiful rooms, big beds, everything is clean and taken care of. We loved the pool area with all the hot tubs. Breakfast was delicious - wide variety of vegetables, fruit, hot buffet, cereal, pastries, fresh omelettes. The staff were amazing, too. Location is also perfect - 5 mins drive to La Fortuna for all the shops and restaurants, 10 mins drive to the La Fortuna Waterfall, 45 min to Arenal, 60 mins to the Mistico Hanging Bridges. Would definitely go back!"

"We loved our stay here and only wish we could have stayed longer! The property itself is gorgeous, well-kept, and easy to navigate. We found the restaurants and pools were all within a comfortable walking distance from our room. Our 4.5-year-old absolutely loved the pool and would have been content to stay there all day. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff even left a personal note and a sweet treat at check-in, which is always such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, everyone was attentive and welcoming. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, paired with absolutely incredible views."
