"I highly recommend this Ryokan for a traditional Japanese experience. The room was spacious, comfortable and I loved the tatami mat! The kaiseki and traditional breakfast meal were exceptional, with beautifully plated dishes. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The onsen was a wonderful place to unwind, with three options available - be sure to book in advance to secure a private timeslot. The nearby antique museum is also worth exploring if you have some free time. Overall, I had a fantastic and relaxing stay at this Ryokan, which provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city."

"Great staff. Awesome touch to have free ice cream at the main lobby. Private onsen on the balcony of the room with a stunning view was breathtaking and helpful given my partner has tattoos and can't use public onsen. Best breakfast buffet with many options that ive been to."

"It’s located just a one-minute walk from the train station and overlooks the river. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The facilities are extremely clean and very quiet. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of choices."
