「This is a very comfortable place - has everything I needed. Stayed nice and cool even with hottest temperatures outside. Quiet and private. Host was helpful. I'll stay again if in town.」

「The property was great! It was completely updated really nicely and also comfortable. It was centrally located near restaurants, grocery stores and shopping malls. Checking in was easy and the property manager/hosts were very friendly and easy to get in touch with. Board games and games on the wall were a nice touch along with covered parking. I would definitely stay here again! 」

「Great place very well kept up! The only thing that was slightly irritating was being asked to strip the beds at the end of our stay. Otherwise this was a fantastic stay. 」

「Just a quick overnight for us but it was a very clean spacious room. Huge bathroom and kitchen tons of seating and a really comfy bed. Did I mention really clean? The temperature inside was perfect too! I highly recommend staying here. Great rate and very friendly host that got right back to me when I had to cancel one of our trip days. 」

「I did not notice how far it is from downtown, I did not rental a car so I opted to Uber which was a bit pricey given that it is far (did not bother me though, I prepared for this). However, if you are intending to be in a more quiet area then this is the place! There was a little hiccup checking in but Happy was absolutely lovely to communicate with and assisted very quickly. 「Fantastic Casita!I loved my stay here, and I'm going to recommend it to everyone going to Spring Mountain! The place is super clean and extremely nice. The hosts have literally thought of everything! Water, coffee and creamers, wine bottle opener, remote for HVAC, TV set for guest stay, glasses, games, books, iron with distilled water, cups plates and silverware, etc. Just amazing!」

「Terrible communication with host. Sent messages the week prior to my stay, only to get no reply. I called the host when I got to the property the day of check in, only for him to tell me he no longer owns the property. Host never bothered to let me know or take the listing down so I can make arrangements. My Vegas trip was ruined, and vrbo did nothing to compensate for it besides refund my money. Anything available, was quadruple what I paid for. So if you see this ad still up, don’t stay here...

「The owners of this property have created an excellent VRBO. It was clean, thoughtfully laid out, and an absolute pleasure to experience. They responded quickly to my texts and were very helpful with arrival information. If I'm in Pahrump again and this property is available, I will stay there again.」

「Great neighborhood, perfect for travel if you're visiting both the strip and local places. There's enough space to use a blow up mattress in the bedroom or add a pop up crib. This was down the street from my friend's place, and super cute! It was perfect for me, I just wish there were more supplies (coffee & TP - thank goodness I bring my own). 」
