「Honest review, family of 5 kids 10 and under. Family room. Room: Broken toilet seat, ants in room, housekeeping done twice in 5 days. After housekeeping, room smelt of damp mop. Phone broken, just didnt work. Lift is dangerous, door closes. The single beds were extremely uncomfortable especially for children. Only water provided and hardly any tea and coffee. Cleaners would clean the staires and corridals in late morning with no signage, child had slipped. Reception knew of issues, No...

「Väldigt trevlig glamping där ”tälten” är fristående hus med luftkonditionering, badrum och terrass. Poolen var inte värmd (alltså för kall för december), men väldigt fint att sitta i solen och titta mot Atlasbergen. Maten i restaurangen var fantastisk och prisvärd och personalen var väldigt vänlig och hjälpsam. Vi körde också buggy i öknen med en kunnig guide som gav oss lagom utmaning. Man kunde också köra quadbike och rida kamel. Överlag seriöst och professionellt intryck. 」

「Wonderful hotel staffs. The food at the restaurant was one of the best in Morocco. Every service was warm-hearted. I've stayed in quite many hotels in more than 50 countries, and i think this hotel is on my top list. I'll definitely come back in the near future」

「Spa was so so. The jacuzzi's were turned off every one minute so you had to press the button every time to enjoy one minute which was very annoying. Also, the old maroccan guy at the white guy who lets cars through was very discriminating towards me and at some point became extremely mad at me as well for being maroccan unfortunately. Very weird altercation for me.」

「The hotel is beautiful with a lovely peaceful atmosphere. This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first. The staff are excellent and the food is delicious. The spa treatments are also very good. Great to be able to pop into the Medina using the free shuttle too. Thanks for another lovely stay!」

「Lots of positives and some negatives. In short I would go again. To expand a little... the complex and the layout are very good. It's a very nicely styled hotel. Compliments to the room cleaning staff, the restaurant staff, the bar staff (other than a bit of a grumpy guy called Omar at the pool bar) and compliments too to the entertainment team (though my kids didn't do much with them). All those guys were great. Reception staff were hit and miss. The luggage handler guys were imposing and...

「Staff were exceptional - warm, sincere, and very hard working. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Food is by and large very good - cooked fresh to order so can take a tiny bit longer than you might normally expect in a 5 star hotel. But, well worth especially the fish courses. 」

The staff was all AMAZING especially Fatima she did my welcome meeting and helped in finding the best excursions and tours.The hotel spa was also AMAZING did my first hammam massage and it was great, had an amazing experience. The food was ok, being in morocco i really wanted that authentic Moroccan cooking but unfortunately the hotel was more mordern in the foods. After 2 nights and the food was the same i ate dinner out the rest of the time....
