"Our room was clean when we arrived. We stayed for 3 nights. Our bed was never made, we were never given clean towels, we never got more coffee for the keurig-like coffee maker. We were given towels and coffee when we asked for them. The Orbitz description of the property said it was in downtown Fairbanks, but there was nothing walkable from the hotel. We made good use of Uber."

"Let me begin this review by noting that I have been coming up to work, and visit my Alaskan family, since 1989. I have been blessed to stay in both the most rustic, early 20th century homestead cabins as well as luxury vacation rentals from the capital Juneau, out on Kodiak island, in beautiful Homer and Seward, in vibrant Anchorage, to the rustic majesty of Denali/Healy all the way up here to Fairbanks. What I really like about this property is that it falls somewhere in the middle. Although it may not be fancy, it’s extremely comfortable and has a fantastic central location. Our host was very communicative and we felt very safe and secure with easily an accessed keyless entry and a very large, well lit parking area. However, because I am an avid cook, my primary suggestion would be to provide more kitchen/cooking equipment, service utensils, a variety of glass beverage cups/wine gkasses and more metal forks/knives/spoons. But other than that, you’re not gonna find a better value in Fairbanks.I highly recommend staying here!"
