「スタッフはみなさんフレンドリーで優しい。 ただ、共同スペースのキッチンはほこりがかぶっていたり、私の滞在中ずっと使用済みの食器が洗われずそのままだったり衛生面は悪い。部屋の施設も古くコンセントとドライヤーが壊れていた。1番安い部屋だったからか、部屋には窓がなく（洗面所に小さいものがひとつ）閉鎖的で、受付のすぐ横だったのでずっとうるさかった。 空港からウーバーで17ドル、スーパーまで歩いて30分、その途中にバス停あり、夜庭に出てオーロラが見えることもあるそうです。（私が泊まった前日の写真を見せてもらいました）」

「We were a little disappointed in the building and some features. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a barbecue going on the afternoon when we arrived and it was rather chaotic. The coffee pot did not work in the room but was replaced when we went down to desk ( once to report and second to determine if a replacement was available/ coming). We had to ask for linen and did not get new bedding the 3days/4 nites we stayed ( maybe this is the norm now?). The breakfast was bland and did...

「It was so convenient that I would like to use it again. The breakfast was relatively substantial. The waffles were chewy and soft. I also liked that there was a coffee machine at the front desk.」

「The office is pretty hidden not much signs. Place looks weird the old man who gave us key wasn’t really helpful didn’t really explain much on amenities or anything at all I think he just wanted to go back to sleep we arrived @3am. Rooms are dirty we had to buy our cleaning supplies to clean it up more, we stayed at property next to Napa store. I asked the boss of cleaning if I can get towels and she said she didn’t have any so it’s pointless to b on the property. Staff wasn’t helpful at all .」

「Beautiful home that was perfect for a couple or small family. The home was spotless and had more than enough things we needed during our stay. If we ever come back to Fairbanks, we'll be staying here again. 」

「This was by far the best bnb I have stayed in USA. I usually don’t write reviews but this one was amazing. 1. Very clean 2. Kitchen extremely well stacked 3. All the amenities were working. Very good location. Place to park car. Everything you will need (restaurant, Walmart, etc is a short drive). Loved it.」
