「It was a wonderful home away from home for 28 days!!! We were there over the holidays and was SO happy to see a little Christmas tree had been set up for us!!! Having the laundry right there for us to use was fantastic. The heated garage was a God send in the -40 weather. The backyard trees covered in snow was like a winter wonderland every time we opened the curtains. Very well stocked kitchen...we cooked & baked and everything we needed was available. 15 minutes to the heart of downtown...

「My wife and I really enjoyed this property. It was really quite nice, comfortable and it's exactly as you see it in the pictures. I loved the toothbrushes and other amenities offered. The shower was perfect as well, especially when it's -45 outside. We will definitely be reserving this place again the future. The hosts did a wonderful job of communicating, and it made everything that much easier. It was the perfect place for us! We'll be back!」

「We stayed in the house for 4 days and able to see aurora (northern lights) from the porch of the house! Actually we were able to see it from inside the house even without having to wear coats and pants. It’s great location if you want to see aurora without traveling far during the midnight. I have 7year old son, and he wanted to sleep just before the aurora appears. So it was great convenience that we were able to see from the house. 「The extremely clean apartment offered a very low price. It offered great wifi, a smart tv, a basic kitchen and two bedrooms, one bath. Nothing really fancy but all we needed for our stay in Fairbanks. Plenty of clean sheets and towels. Bring lots of quarters for the few laundry machines in the basement or just use one of the many nearby laundromats. Lots of steps up to the second floor but parking right next to the steps. 」
