Had a great stay wonderful heat in the fall months in your rooms great almost instant hot water, the staff was amazing and very helpful with suggestions for our three week stay and the northern lights are easily visible late night through early morning at the hotel rear fenced area and it’s about 12minutes from many dark sky location for viewing many of the tourist attractions were closed at the time we stayed but we never ran out of places to go and things to do within a days drive for three weeks will definitely be going back. Complimentary breakfast was good but we had a room with a kitchen and choose to do most of our own cooking. Parking was easy in October. Met many tenants with pets it is a pet friendly hotel although we do not travel with any.

Great place to stay! Clean, well kept, nice breakfast but the very best was rooms were cleaned and refreshed every day. I have not had this nice of service since the beginning of COVID. I was truly shocked to come back after a busy day of tourist activities to find a clean, restocked room with beds made. It may be a little drive from Fairbanks but well worth it. I will definitely stay there in the future.

The room was decent. Customer service was nice. We tried to like the stay it’s just that we didn’t get a bathtub. Traveling with kids and ending the day with a bath would’ve been nice.

Clean hotel, convenient to food and groceries, it’s undeniably overpriced but there aren’t many options in the area. Very clean and the staff is extraordinarily kind. It’s my go-to spot for business trips to Moose Creek.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The room was very nice and clean.Very nice breakfast also. The only thing I would like to see improved on is most people associate the North Pole with Christmas so we thought the lobby area would be decorated and overwhelm us, but it was decorated in Halloween.

Clean property, nice people, decent amenities, mediocre location - The Hotel North Pole is probably the best place to stay in North Pole. You have to set your expectations to the location. This is a very small town outside of the "larger small town" of Fairbanks. The entire region is very industrial. Gravel parking lots and heavy equipment abound. This location is at the end of a stip mall parking lot. We thought North Pole was some kind of of quaint little town like you'd see in New England. Not so. This is a working town made up of small suburb developments and strip malls. It is functional but not what we would call scenic. It is a bedroom community to the two Army and Air Force bases. Again - everyone was awesome here. The little restaurants were excellent. The hotel staff were lovely. If you need a clean and convenient place to stay, this is it. We will probably stay here again when we visit family.

The staff were great and very nice. The not so good. The breakfast included was a microwave your pick of a grocery store breakfast bowl. The room was clean but an odd layout with a separate shower toilet room and separate room for sink. The furniture and bed were old and the chair in the room had no cushion remaining. For the money not a very good room.
