「Frühstück eher US Standard, nichts besonderes. Klimaanlage sehr laut, kann nur durch trennen des Netzsteckers ganz zum schweigen gebracht werden. Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufzug ist sehr laut. Sonst ruhige Lage des Hotels. Bett war bequem. Zimmer könnte ein paar kleine Schönheitsreparaturen und generell eine Frischzellenkur vertragen. Insgesamt aber sauber und großzügig.」

「Absolute garbage. It is NOTHING like the pictures on their website and is a total bait and switch hotel. Front door lock was held on by a single screw so we blocked the door with a chair since the lock didn't seem effective. Couldn't use the blow dryer in the bathroom b/c the handle was sticky with something. The list goes on. I'd have understood if not for the fact that the pictures online are completely deceptive. 「The view was the best thing about the room. The toilet paper holder was broken, dresser drawers would not stay closed (had to prop up a pillow to keep them closed), the floor in the room was filthy, and only one elevator worked. The wait time for the elevator was horrible at times.」

「Staff at breakfast did not speak English. Breakfast cost $15 per person. So i had to pay $30 for grandsons to eat a bowl of cereal. Breakfast was not served. You had to get it. It was cold. Not a big selection. Most crucial thing is always have staff that speaks English. The maid also spoke no English.」
