「I booked this hotel through Expedia and was not made aware of any parking charges during the booking process. When I checked in, no one informed me about the parking fee either. Later, when I questioned the charge, the front desk employee told me it was listed on the DoubleTree website. I explained that I booked through Expedia and therefore did not see the information on the hotel’s direct booking site. Unfortunately, the interaction with the front desk was disappointing.
