「Great customer service from staff. Very clean hotel. Nice amenities. Only thing I didn’t like was there weren’t any microwaves in the room or the lobby. Breakfast was free but not that great.」

「The room was terrible bath room had black algae growing in it.. The whole place was dirty. It needs referbishing. We like the location but we won't stay there again unless they clean it up. No amenities to speak of. Bad breakfast」

「Don’t understand all of the glowing reviews. Room was tiny, bathroom walls had white stains all over and toilet paper stuck to them, shower floor was level with the rest of the bathroom floor so the water just flowed across the whole bathroom, which was very unsafe. Neighborhood didn’t feel very safe. Really glad this was just a quick stay for us.」

「Although the staff was friendly and polite, the cleanliness of the room was completely unacceptable. There was a dead cockroach inside the built-in air conditioner located near the floor. Even worse, the bathtub had sand that had not been cleaned, and there was someone else’s pubic hair on both the walls and inside the bathtub. It was absolutely disgusting. Taking a shower in those conditions was extremely unpleasant. We arrived late in the evening after a long drive, so we didn’t want to...

「The only time we saw anyone actually at the front desk was the day we checked in. We left the hotel early in the morning and returned in the evening each day exhausted and had to get a new key for each day because they were changing the locks or doing whatever. It wouldn't have been so bad if the staff was actually around to help you right away. They are hardly ever at the front desk, especially the guy working nights! We called out, "HEY! Anybody here?" "HELLLLLO????" and still nobody showed....

「The room was fine but there’s no regular cleaning every day or a note in the room for how to request more towels. Also, staff placed a known noise issue below my room and when I was awoken at 2am, didn’t address the problem. After speaking with the manager, her response was, “I’ll call you back” and then ignore the issue. I was woken up the next night as well before a 6am flight. For the price, I was disappointed in my stay and won’t recommend them going forward.」

「Arrived during a heatwave for a business trip. This hotel was selected because it was a newer property, and should have been a top of the line property. The high rating suggested it would be a very good stay. Upon checking into the room on the fourth floor, the temperature of the room was 80 degrees. Tried setting the thermostat lower, and it never got lower than 77 degrees. Sleeping through the night was a struggle. Tried contacting the staff thinking it was a room issue, nothing was changed...
