We love the Sheraton! We stay there every year for our anniversary! Sheraton is walkable to Whalers Village and also has a couple of great dining options. The staff are very welcoming and the oceanfront deluxe room is to die for! Be back next year!

Unbelievable place to visit for your Honeymoon. The staff was amazing and made our honeymoon very special: amazing view, awesome pools, great food, and excellent amenities.

Beautiful and well maintained property. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not intrusive at all. The hotel itself is lovely, and the surrounding grounds even more beautiful. We are average Joe kind of people, yet felt like we were treated like royalty. Because of the sacred burial grounds, beach access is either by walking a distance, or the hotel provides transportation via golf carts to and from, but that was only a minor inconvenience in my opinion.

Lovely property, clean rooms, adult pools were amazing, beach is just steps away, great staff

This was our first time in Maui and we loved the island and the hotel where we stayed (Aston Kaanapali Shores). The room was clean, the pools were warm, the ground were beautiful, the staff was polite and friendly (housekeeping ladies were very attentive and efficient), and the price we paid was quite reasonable. The only unpleasant surprise was a daily parking fee of $9.00, which Expedia did not mention. Overall, this is a great family-friendly resort, no real complaints. We really enjoyed...

This is a lovely place to stay with wonderful service. Breakfast is extra, parking is extra and late checkout is extra. All seem excessive in a room over $800 a night. The bed was not very comfortable. View of ocean from the room butalmostno beach. Food was not worth the. Price and would recommend going off property to eat.

Incredible bungalow, beautiful beach, the sweetest workers, I am definitely coming back again!

We thought the room was amazing. Beautiful devor and comfy bed. It had a fully stocked kitchen, so if you choose to eat in you had all the tools to do so. When we walked out the lanai door, we were close to the pool, and within 100' of the beach. The pool was beautiful, well maintained and refreshing. There were two pools and hot tubs. The pool colse to us adjoined the Castaway cafe. The Castaway Cafe, had a great selection and quality of food, an amazing wine selection, an excellent staff, and...

We stayed in the island view room which had a kitchenette, sitting room, king size bed, jacuzzi tub, walk in shower, and balcony. We were overlooking the pool area with a view of the ocean. Very happy with the room and the view. This hotel is great for families, we don't have kids but we enjoyed it just the same.

Three of us stayed in one bedroom, large clean room with 2 bathrooms perfect for 3 people. Enjoyed the stay!

Exceptional per usual! We love staying at the Whaler, the condo option is great for families that aren’t trying to eat out each meal and it’s in a great location by Black Rock for snorkeling, plenty of restaraunt options and next door to Whalers Village for plenty of shopping options.

Our family of four (boys 10 & 13) stayed here for spring break and had a great time. The food at the restaurants was delicious--not a bad meal anywhere. The only long line we encountered was at Starbucks in the morning but they were very efficient and it was spring break after all. We played in two of the three pool locations--all lovely. We learned too late that the weekly rental for snorkel gear was cheaper through this hotel than through the nearby online-favorite snorkel store. The waves...

Beautiful property. Room was very clean. Very family friendly (we traveled with our 3 and 5 year old). It is not located on Kaanapali beach (5 min drive), but we liked it much better because it was more laid back, less people and quieter (not so touristy). Still has a beach walk where you can visit multiple other resorts for more dining options and use the sister hotels pools. Highly recommend Dukes beach house(dinner) and Mauka Makai(breakfast) that are within walking distance. The only...

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Royal Lahaina Bungalows & Spa. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a beautiful beach front hotel minus the large resort/casino vibes. I did a lot of research before booking to stay here and boy am I glad I did! Could not have been happier. Traveled with family and we stayed in two of the beachfront bungalows (building C) which were so comfortable, peaceful and the best views. There were always chairs available around the pools. The staff...
