"The beach view was beautiful"

"We reserved (2) 2 bedroom condos. 1 condo was clean and upgraded but the 2nd was very dated and dirty. The furniture was worn and stained. There were no blankets or extra bedding provided. The kitchen lacked enough pots and pans to cook a dinner for 4. The closet doors were old and difficult to open and close. The air conditioning was not working when we arrived and we were not told about this at check in and the room smelled musty. The air conditioning stopped working a second time and we were not notified again even though I received text messages about things we could spend money on every day. Many of the electrical outlets did not work and the lamps in each room were either broken or difficult to turn on and off. The plumbing was either too cold or too hot and it was difficult to regulate faucet temperatures that constantly changed in the shower, sink areas and kitchen sink. The pools were nice but the beach area had debris and garbage on it every day. The rental hut for beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. was nice and helpful. For the amount of $$ we spent to stay here, it was not worth it. We will not stay again."

"Staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful. The property was so clean and pools were amazing. They had a few events like a breakfast with authentic Hawaiian breakfast foods and Hawaiian music and dancing by the ocean at sunset. Super private feeling, we loved every minute. Thank you!!!"

"Really beautiful and clean property. Never heard any of our neighbors below us or on the sides, which is very important to me as I crave the quiet and am a light sleeper. Beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony and we saw turtles in the water daily. This unit is a little farther down the coast than the other resorts, but there’s a walkway that takes you past all the beaches and other resorts so you still feel like you’re in the hustle and bustle of it all but you get to enjoy the positives of being farther down. Super friendly staff on the property - bbqs, pool, towels, ice machine and it was easy to get parking every day. Would definitely stay here again and would have been fine spending the whole vacation here."

"Wow! I cannot wait to come back to this hotel. It really is a gem! Great staff, great amenities, great location! The only thing I was not a fan of was the birds all over. I wish they would put up signs to not feed the birds (similar to what we saw at Costco when we were there). The guests definitely make this problem worst, as the guests are the ones we saw consistently feeding them."
