"We have stayed here five times. It's a lovely, small resort in one of the best locations on Maui. Quiet, beautiful beach, lovely property, it's not the fanciest place, but it is wonderful. Walking distance via the Beach Walk to Whaler's Village and the other large resort areas around Black Rock. A quick drive to Lahaina harbor area and about 15 minutes up to Kapalua. The spa has been renovated and it is beautiful. Sit and watch the whales spout all day long as they pass by. A little old school and a lot of wonderful. "

"This is our third time staying in Sheraton in Kaanapali. Unfortunately, despite the premium location, the resort is getting older and older and in desperate need of renovation. Seems that lobby was recently renovated, but rooms need help. Our ocean view room had crack in the sink, no vent in the bathroom and multiple layers of pain that was chipping. It probably would not matter that much if weather would be better during our stay, because due to the tropical storm we were forced to spend a lot of time inside and definitely noticed all things that need to be repaired. I am not even going to describe the state of the gym... Great location, extremely outdated rooms."

"Was super great, but they are not prepared for large storms and when you have to climb 12 flights of stairs a few time to leave your room…. That becomes very inconvenient "

"Overall, a nice place to stay. Room was nice. Pools were nice. Right on a good section of beach. Free valet services, but the valets were hard to find at the desk and a little slow. It also does seems a little odd that they’re still not cleaning rooms as if we are still worried about Covid. Not even an offer to clean the room or replace towels, soap, toilet paper, etc in the week we were there. Also, a little odd that you keep the “spa” in your name when it is shut down and not opening again."

" View was awesome no complaints. Resort staff/concierge was helpful. The unit had ips and downs. Some high end finishes. Some issues- dishwasher broken, shower handle- very hard to turn, bed while comfy... VERY SQUEAKY for those of us who turn during the night! Somewhat dated interior (mirrored wall , worn out!). I asked, and Each unit is privately Owned so all vary. Overall nice place to stay. Very convenient to Whalers village shopping/dining"

"We had a very enjoyable stay. Beautiful sunsets. Watched whales from our Lanai each day. We would definitely return to stay in this condo. "

"We booked this place when our flight was cancelled and there was no place closer to the airport available or accessible due to flooding. I wish we had more time to enjoy it. The staff was nice enough to wave the resort and parking fees and gave us some credit for breakfast under the circumstances. It was an amazing place with multiple pools and had live flamingos of all things. Definitely plan to stay here next time we are in Maui. "
