"We reserved a non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke! We were given another room, which was just the same. Since it was late, it wasn’t possible to find another hotel, so we had to stay in the smoky “non-smoking” room. The food was included in the stay, but we still ended up paying a dinner fee — so much for “included.” The only thing nice was the view. "

"Was a wonderful stay at this ryokan. The personal was so nice and kind they also departed us for ryokan to the train station because it was raining. Loved my stay there."

"部屋ユニットバス・シャワーの湯の温度が一定に保てない上に、水流圧も一定に保てないので、ホテル付属の大浴場を利用するべきです。 宿泊した部屋が最上階だったのと、利用した時間帯が悪かったかも知れないけど。 宿泊した部屋がエレベーターの隣だったので、稼働する際のモーター音が響いて、気分が落ち着かなかった。 宿泊料金が４０００円もしない安い価格なので、致し方無いです。"
