"I enjoyed my stay at Cross Hotel Sapporo. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was immense and worth the money. The staff, especially the housekeeping crew were helpful and kind. The hotel was centrally located. Easily accessible to Sapporo station and was close to many things. I will return one day and will for sure stay at this place again!"

"We arrived just before midnight due to flight delays and the staff were so accomodating. The room was spacious for our family of 5 and very clean. Nice quiet location and close to bars, restaurants and shops. The staff and service were amazing, everyone was very friendly. "

"Free shuttle bus takes you from sapporo station in an hour to your huge room. Perhaps 500 square feet. Marvelous kaiseki dinners. We had the shiori kaiseki the first night and the seafood kaiseki with A5 wagyu beef the second night. Superb. However it is served in the resturant. Not in your room or in a private room. Buffet breakfasts are very good. Therefore correctly priced as such. Nice onsens. Only other drawback is not their fault- not much to do in Jozankei without a car which we did not have. If I was ever going back to Jozankei, I would stay there. "
