If you want a classic onsen hot spring experience this is a great value. The room was cozy and comfortable. The baths are wonderful and relaxing. The staff are all very nice and accomodating. Great buffet dining with local foods featured. Amazing Japan experience close to downtown Sapporo

ホテル敷地外の駐車場にワゴン車で送迎。 車に忘れ物をしても取りに戻れない。朝も車迄送迎だが雪をはねてるもなく最悪、食事も朝晩全くメインがなく夜は到着順で19時半までは会場に行ってはダメとの事、おススメは出来ない。部屋は老朽化してるのは仕方ないがリピなし確定宿でした。

温泉とサウナが素晴らしい。 人気があって、日帰り入浴客も多く、昼間は洗い場やサウナも座る場所がないくらいだった。 欠点は、エアコンの調整が難しく、寒かったこと。

当日の朝にネット予約して宿泊しました。 とてもお安くてドキドキしてましたが　夫婦2人なのに和室のに、和室ふた部屋繋がってる広いお部屋で布団も8枚ありました💦おかげ様でゆったり過ごすことができました。ただトイレに行くまでが遠くて　びっくりしました。一度玄関のスリッパを履いて少し廊下を歩いてトイレに辿り着きました。夜中のトイレが少し怖かったです。でも　夕食朝食も美味しく頂き　楽しい旅行となりました。

部屋の清掃

全体的な清掃は行き届いていたが、和室テーブルの下にガラスの細かな破片が散らばっていた。 幸い怪我はなかったが、チクッとし気付いたので何とか問題なかった。すぐに部屋の掃除を行って頂いたが大けがに繋がる事例だったのでその点は気を付けていただきたいと思う。
