「We normally celebrate out anniversaries on the North Coast but for our 40th, we opted for a redwoods retreat closer to home. Wow, did we score. The Cottage in the Woods is a perfect getaway for two. 「Needed short rental due to house fumigation. This was close to our home and provided what we needed for 3 days. Host was amenable to a couple of not usual requests. Parking area turn around is tight. Better to back in from street. Overall great for 2 people」

The kitchen is stocked with the very basics, but probably best to go out and enjoy the phenomenal food offerings in Mountain View.
