「The location of Gate 52 close to the Pisa airport is really nice for travelers, however, I could not feel comfortable and relax in the single room next to the receptionist desk. Even if the hotel charge is a little more expensive, I would like to expect a little more set-up inside each room to feel relaxed, for example, setting up hot water supply to prepare coffee or tea anytime and also a tiny sofa, slippers. 「普通のホテルと違い、湯沸かしやコーヒーメイカーなどはなく、飲料は外出で購入する必要があった。Limited Housekeepingと書いてあり、2日に１回ぐらいしかタオルの交換やベットメイクはなさそうだった。やや困ったのは、４泊したのにシャワージェルが２回分しかなかったこと。朝食はパンやシリアルは充実しているが、温かい料理はなく、少し残念。フロントが5階、部屋は3階でエレベータでの移動が必要だが、各階に鍵のかかった入口があり、部屋にも鍵がかかり、移動には時間がかかった。部屋の鍵が閉まりにくく、やや苦労した。Wifi接続はやや手間取ったほか、繋がらない時間帯があった。シャワールームなどが広く、机もしっかりしており、お香がよかった。また、ベッドは小さいながらも寝心地はよかった。値段を考えると、許容範囲ではないかと思う。」
