「Overall was good! Property manger was great and really communicative. Bathroom was aged but property was clean and beds were all prepared as needed when we arrived. Elevator access so that was nice with luggage’s. you do have to walk into the property as it’s a difficult road for taxis to drive down. 」

「It's not hotel but an apartment room. We have a diffiulty of entering and check-in at the beginnning because of quite unfamiliar way for me. However pre-explanation from manager is very kind and if we get any problems, her response is quick and flexible to solve them. I recommend strongly for those who experiencing a real life in Pisa. 」
