"The apartment itself was decent, mostly clean. Check in was somewhat challenging because of the key situation. We had to ask a couple staying in the same building how to unlock the door. I communicated with the host but no answer to my concerns about the front door, dead batteries for the air conditioners and other questions. "This property was absolutely perfect for our stay in Pisa. Centrally located and just a short walk to train station and main attractions. David was a great host and had lots of recommendations for us. The property had tons of amenities which was a very nice touch. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in in Italy. The air conditioning was fantsdtic. It would have been nice if there was an end table or coffee table but I can understand that if the sleeper sofa is made up...

"I really liked this hotel. It’s near a bus stop and near a railway station (San Rossore). It’s just outside the city walls, with useful amenities (small supermarket, McDs, cafes) right outside. It felt really secure because you either need to buzz or use a key to get in. In less than a minute of leaving the hotel you walk through the gate of the city walls and are at the Piazza dei Miracoli complex. My room was smallish but lovely, with a side window that you could see the roof of the basilica from! As someone who nearly always ends up with a view of a car park this was so nice! Staff were lovely, looking after my bags when I arrived early and helping me with airport transfer info. Would definitely stay again."

"Great hotel, easy to walk to Pisa centre. Staff were either v helpful at check in ( a young lady, sorry I did not get her name) , or to lazy to help us later when room key to our room would not work , the gentleman on reception had my 69year old husband going up and down 3 times to get it fixed, blamimg us!! Eventually he reluctantly came upstairs on my husbands insistance + agreed the fault was on their side, no apology given at all! V poor service. As we were leaving early a takeaway breakfast was supplied , which was great."
