"The location of this property is excellent! It is within walking distance to many attractions and in the heart of the fisherman’s wharf. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. It’s just need to be updated and maintained. For example the bath tub was all scuffed up and need to be replaced, my tv had blown LED lights so when the tv is on there’s bright spots on the screen which interfere with the shows and the patio door needs to be greased, I could barely slide it open. I only mention these things because it is not cheap to stay there so you kinda expect it to be better. Other than that it was a great stay!"

"The price was under a $150 but then we paid $65 for parking. The lobby itself is very clean, the room had a weird smell to it. Definitely not a fan of the location. The surrounding areas were very dirty and a lot of homeless people."

"We had a thoroughly satisfying stay at Hotel Riu Plaza Fisherman's Wharf. The location is unbeatable—it’s just a quick walk to the Pier and very close to the cable car station. The check-in process was a highlight: parking right at the entrance was easy, and the staff member, Jenny, was incredible. After learning that we had just gotten married, she kindly upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated. Our room faced the courtyard and was exceptionally quiet. While the hotel itself is a bit older, the facilities are very complete and well-maintained. The parking situation was also very convenient. We loved the 'seamless' touch of being able to return our room keys right at the parking exit after checking out. A truly smooth and wonderful experience!"
