「Wir hatten wunderbare 10 Tage im November. Fantastische Sonnenaufgänge und bis Nachmittags viel Sonne auf der riesigen Terrasse. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Am letzten Abend sahen wir vier Delfine, die direkt vor dem Haus durchs Meer schwammen.」

This caused frequent an lengthy outages, which means no air conditioning or electrical fans…The villa is nice but it has not been renovated, and it is basically falling into pieces, which is a shame given the nice location.」

Non sono disponibili asciugamani e lenzuola ( ci hanno avvertiti 2gg prima dell’arrivo ed eravamo in un’altra località di vacanza ma fortunatamente hanno provveduto a farcele trovare) e primo inconveniente risolto. Arriviamo e l’aria condizionata non funziona e questo è stato un bel problema visto il caldo e il rumore...

There were 6 of us in our party and we had more than enough room. There is a beach right below the property with an interesting pathway down. It’s not for small kids or infirm adults. This pathway also leads into town. The town is small but has everything you need. There are some great seafood...

「Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig ausgelegt. Guter Service des Vermieters der mit vielen Tipps den Aufenthalt angenehm machte. Leider ist in der Zeit zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr nicht viel los und ohne Auto ist es eher schwierig einzukaufen und etwas zu erleben. Zum entspannen war es trotzdem sehr angenehm.」

「Ein tolles Appartement mit kompletter Ausstattung (auch Wasch- und Spülmaschine sowie Ventilator vorhanden). Die Gastgeber sind supernett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die City und den Hafen/Porto (zur Insel Elba rüber) kann man problemlos zu Fuß bewältigen. Es war sehr ruhig im Bellavista und der Blick zur Elba rüber zu jeder Tageszeit ein Genuss. Zum Schwimmen fährt man am besten nach Baratti rüber.」

「Everything about this cottage was stellar, the views, the amenities, the location. We were disappointed at the surrounding property has been impacted by drought or other neglect, so the vineyards were dead, and the olive trees under stress. The club and pool were never promised, but we hoped they might be available to us. Ocean access was via a rough path and very limited. Overall, I highly recommend this listing, but encourage transparency about the current conditions.」

「Logement correct dans l'ensemble mais il n'est pas précisé que ce logement est accessible par un sentier en pente de quelques centaines de mètres puis de 117 marches ! Information indispensable à prendre en compte pour éviter les mauvaises surprises (très compliqué pour les valises et les courses mais très difficile voire impossible pour bébés, jeunes enfants, personnes âgées ou sans une bonne condition physique). De plus, il y a des informations incorrectes : - Censée être rénovée l'année...

「The Housekeeper was very open, caring and helpful, with plenty recommendations for trips, nice places, food etc. The House was perfect for our Family needs with 3 Kids. The area ist really nice with lovely beaches around If you don't mind to drive litte distances. WE really enjoyed our Holidays here.」
